Long Island Cares is hosting The NYS Citizen Preparedness Corp training on Tuesday, March 30th . There are 2 sessions available at 10 a.m. and 6p.m. open to staff, our network and community members. Participants receive a NYS Emergency Go Bag.

Aspara'Gus' Breakfast Food Truck Provides grab and go breakfast to children and adults in need. *Unless otherwise stated, events are from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

The Long Island Cares’ Mobile Food Assistance Unit (MFAU) provides information, referral assistance, and emergency food to people when their neighborhood pantries are not open. We travel throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
